The location is also available. I have been able to attract clients from Rhode Island, Maine, and New Hampshire.  Regularly get clients from Worcester to Quincy.

I have lights and softboxes for sale, a collection of canvas and muslin backgrounds and two ceiling mounted roller systems, which I inherited when I moved in. One is for five 10 x 20 canvas/paper backgrounds, the other is for four  7' backgrounds, and a number of other items. 

I also have a baby posing bag, the large round one, with the cover, along with a few outfits and accessories.  Also, a baby changing table with all the works, and baby baskets, boxes, etc.

In our dressing room there is a Vanity Girl of Hollywood makeup table with the chair and drawer.
