How are things going in your business right now? Are you where you would like to be? Do you feel like some things are not quite right, but are not sure what the problems are? Are things pretty good but you would like to take things to the next level? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then let’s take a deep dive and figure it out!

So often we are so busy just getting things done that we don’t have time to really look at our businesses in a critical way. In this presentation Trish will provide you with a series of questions that will help you discover the areas in which your business needs work. We will cover some of the most important areas of any photography business including, Finance, Social Media, Referral Relations, Selling, Communication, Branding and Goal Setting to name a few.

Through answering these questions you will not only discover the areas that need work but we will also work on creating a plan for solutions to get things moving in the right direction so that you can get you to where you want to be!

Trish Gilmore is a wedding photographer based in Rumford, Rhode Island. She has owned her own photography business since 1997 and is currently the co-owner of Snap Weddings, since 2005. Snap is known as one of the top wedding photographers in the area, creating emotional images and designing beautiful wedding albums. Trish does all of the wedding album design and sales at Snap and has been dubbed the ‘Album Queen’. She has won multiple awards for her albums in PPA competitions.

Trish earned her Photographic Craftsmen degree and is a Certified Professional Photographer. She is a proud PPA member since 2010 and a member of PPAM. Trish and her business partner Mariah Ashley received the Buddy Stewart Award at Imaging USA in 2020. Trish is currently serving on the PPA Board of Directors starting in March of 2020.

Being real and offering fellow photographers the benefit of insight from her trials and tribulations over the years is Trish’s focus when presenting. She may not have all the answers, but she has a true desire to help others be successful and is more than willing to share her knowledge and experience in all things related to owning a photography business.
