"I have a photography studio in Palmer, MA. I have a purchase and sales agreement to sell my building that contains my photography studio with a closing Sept 9. I'm semi-retiring from portraiture to concentrate on my fine art photography and I don't need all that equipment anymore.

I need to vacate in 4 weeks. YIKES!
